Common questions
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from, not inside the app. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
My purchase or subscription is not showing
Open the app and use Restore purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us with your order ID.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since they process the payment. Request one through your store's purchase history. If something went wrong on our side, email us.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the account deletion page, or email us from the address linked to your account.
Is NumeroGyan free?
Yes. You can download it free and start using it. Some readings use in-app coins, and there are optional Blueprint PDF reports and a Pro subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can use the app as a guest, or sign in with Google, Apple or email to keep your coins, purchases and saved reports across devices.
Which numerology systems does it use?
Chaldean, Vedic and Lo Shu (Feng Shui) methods.
Does it support Hindi?
Yes. The app works in English and Hindi.
Is it on Android and iPhone?
Yes. NumeroGyan is on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete Account, or email us. Full steps are on the account deletion page.
Is numerology scientifically proven?
No. Numerology is a traditional belief system. NumeroGyan is for reflection and entertainment, not professional medical, financial, legal or psychological advice.
