This Privacy Policy explains how Appdevy ("we", "us") handles information when you use NumeroGyan (the "App").
Information we collect
- Numerology details you enter: name, date of birth and gender, used to calculate your readings
- Account details if you sign in with Google, Apple or email: name, email address and profile photo
- A phone number, only when you use Phone Number Analysis, used just for that reading
- Saved report details (name, date of birth, gender) so you can reopen a purchased report
- Basic device and app information: device type, operating system and app version
- Usage analytics, such as which screens and features are used
- Crash and error reports
- An advertising identifier, if you watch a rewarded or interstitial ad
- Purchase and subscription status (we never see or store your card details)
If you create an account, we store the details you provide so you can sign in and use the App.
How we use information
We use information only to operate, maintain and improve the App, provide support, and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
The App uses these third-party services, which may process data under their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions) by Google: sign-in and data storage
- Firebase Analytics by Google: understanding app usage
- Google AdMob: rewarded and interstitial ads (the app shows no banner ads)
- RevenueCat: managing subscriptions and purchases
- Sentry: crash and error reporting
- Apple App Store and Google Play Billing: processing payments
The App shows advertising. Ad providers may use identifiers such as your advertising ID to serve and measure ads. You can limit ad personalisation in your device settings.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and deletion
Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo), coin balance, entitlements, daily streak and preferences are deleted. If you email us, we delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply. See how to delete your account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
