By downloading or using NumeroGyan (the "App"), provided by Appdevy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App except as permitted by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.

Virtual currency

Coins or credits in the App are a virtual currency with no cash value. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for money or redeemed outside the App, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by store policy.

Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are processed by the app store you use (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policy.

Intellectual property

The App, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
