Common questions
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from, not inside the app. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
My purchase or subscription is not showing
Open the app and use Restore purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. If it still does not appear, email us with your order ID.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since they process the payment. Request one through your store's purchase history. If something went wrong on our side, email us.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the account deletion page, or email us from the address linked to your account.
Are these real PMP exam questions?
No. The questions are original and written for practice from PMI's published exam content outline. They are not real exam questions.
Is Steadfox affiliated with PMI?
No. Steadfox is independent practice material and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PMI. PMP is a registered mark of Project Management Institute, Inc.
Do the practice questions count toward the 35 training hours?
No. Practice questions alone do not count toward the 35 hours of project management education PMI requires to apply. Check PMI's current requirements yourself.
Will this guarantee I pass?
No. We cannot guarantee any exam result. The app is a way to practise and find your weak areas.
Is it free?
There is a free preview of a limited number of questions, including one complete case study. The full question bank and all case studies need a subscription. Plans are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once you have done your first download. Your answers save on your phone and upload when you are online.
Does it show ads?
No. The app contains no advertising.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. You can also email us from the address on your account.
