Your Knack rating is for fun. It is not an IQ score, and Knack does not claim to make you smarter.

By downloading or using Knack: Daily Logic Puzzles (the "App"), provided by Appdevy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Playing fair

Play the puzzles yourself. Do not use bots, scripts, solvers or other tools to answer rated puzzles, and do not share answers to puzzles that are still live. Do not make more than one account to climb the leaderboards, or try to disrupt the service. Pick a display name that is not offensive or misleading. We may hide or change names that are, and we may remove accounts that cheat.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App except as permitted by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.

Your rating

Your rating is an estimate of how you do at Knack's puzzles. It is for fun. It is not an IQ score or a test of intelligence, and Knack does not claim to make you smarter.

Intellectual property

The App, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
