How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the account deletion page, or email us from the address linked to your account.
When is Knack available?
Knack is coming soon to iPhone and Android. This page will link to the store listings when they are live.
Is Knack free?
The first release has no ads and nothing to buy.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Knack creates an anonymous account when you open it, with no email, name or password.
Is my rating an IQ score?
No. Your rating estimates how you do at Knack's puzzles. It is for fun and Knack does not claim to make you smarter.
How old do I have to be?
Knack is for people aged 13 and over.
A puzzle looks wrong. What do I do?
In the app, finish the puzzle, tap Why?, then Report a problem.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You, then Settings, then Delete account.
