By downloading or using Steadfox PMP Exam Prep (the "App"), provided by Appdevy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.
What the app is and is not
The app is independent practice material for the PMP exam. Our questions are original and are written for practice. They are not real exam questions. The app does not guarantee that you will pass the exam or achieve any result. We try hard to make every question and explanation correct, but mistakes can happen; use Report a mistake in the app if you find one.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App except as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the App to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
Purchases and subscriptions
Payments are processed by the app store you use (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policy.
Your account and the free preview
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. The app includes a free preview of a limited number of questions, including one complete case study. Everything else needs a subscription.
Using the app
You may use the app for your own personal exam preparation. You may not copy, share, resell or republish the questions, explanations or other content, use bots or scraping to extract them, or try to break, reverse engineer or overload the app or our systems.
Intellectual property
The App, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Siliguri, West Bengal, India, and disputes will be decided in its courts, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
