Delete your Steadfox PMP Exam Prep account

Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app, email steadfox.app@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Steadfox PMP Exam Prep account deletion". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently deletes your account, profile and saved answers from our servers and clears the app's data on your phone. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account.

What is retained

Mistake reports you sent stay, with your account removed from them. To have your usage events deleted as well, email us and we will remove them. Purchase records are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own policies.
