Delete your NumeroGyan account

Option 1: delete it in the app (fastest)

1. Open NumeroGyan and go to the menu, then Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm. You may be asked to sign in again.
3. Your account and its data are removed immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you have uninstalled the app, email help.numerogyan@gmail.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "NumeroGyan account deletion". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone number, photo), coin balance, entitlements, daily streak and preferences are deleted. If you email us, we delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is retained

Transaction records needed for tax, accounting and fraud prevention are kept in de-identified form for the period required by law and are not linked back to you.
